Job Summary
Gwynedd Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the company in various matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal guidance on various business matters to leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage matters placed with outside IP counsel, including communication and decision-making processes, to ensure effective risk management and mitigate potential liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry, staying up-to-date on relevant developments and best practices.
  • Assist in risk management by identifying potential legal issues and developing strategies to mitigate them, protecting the company's assets and reputation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support legal needs, providing training sessions on legal compliance and company policies to employees.

Requirements:
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or within a law firm focused on corporate or commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, employment law, and risk management.
  • Experience with litigation management, commercial matters, and corporate law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
