Primrose School of Summerwood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to the families we serve.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of educators to achieve exceptional results and create a positive school culture
  • Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety, supporting the growth and development of children
  • Work collaboratively with the Franchise Owner and brand resources to drive success
  • Develop and implement research-informed educational programs using the Balanced Learning approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with families and the community
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and budgeting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
  • Equivalent classroom/teaching experience
