Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

This role involves working with children aged 2-5 years old, developing and implementing lesson plans, observing and recording progress, and communicating with parents.

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
  • At least 2 years of experience in daycare or childcare setting
