Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, reflecting the value we place on our Child Care Directors. Job Description

This leadership role involves building, leading, and inspiring a team to achieve exceptional results in early childhood education and care. You will create a culture of support within the school, foster an environment committed to health and safety, and cultivate essential skills in staff and students alike.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience, is required.
