About the Role

Aerotek is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of one or more recruiters, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.
