Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness in the bar area, including waste disposal and glassware cleaning.
  2. Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
  3. Report any guest complaints or disruptive behavior to management.
  4. Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork during shifts.
  5. Notify management of any safety concerns or equipment maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of two years of bartending experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of the menu and bar offerings.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent guest service.
  5. Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  6. Completion of TIPS certification and possession of a valid Food Handlers Card is required.
