Job Title: Bellman

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at the Hyatt Regency - New Orleans. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including assisting with directions, area recommendations, and luggage handling.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms.
  • Direct and supervise valets to ensure efficient and safe parking operations.
  • Assist with transportation needs, including signing up arrivals, calling cabs, and shuttles.
  • Load and unload luggage for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Lifting up to 100 pounds frequently.
  • Standing for 8 hours.
  • Running and walking for 20 minutes at a time frequently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing preferred.
