Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Ford.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for monthly bonuses and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and service technicians in selecting parts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide price quotes and other information to customers via phone or in-person.
  • Follow up on backordered parts, notifying customers and service teams accordingly.
  • Manage stock and receipt inventory, maintaining organized records.
  • Analyze catalogs and computer vehicle diagrams to determine replacement part numbers and prices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in data entry and management.
  • Ford experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is also a plus, but not necessary.
  • The ability to read and understand parts catalogs.
