Overview

Starting pay is $15.13 per hour with incentive bonus pay for performance.

Enjoy a Monday-to-Friday work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no Sundays.

You'll have the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
  • Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
  • Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
  • Check and communicate oil levels to teammates
  • Ensure proper tire pressure
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Complete vehicle inspections
  • Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • Document all work performed on the repair order
  • Report safety issues immediately to management
  • Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Qualifications

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Effective communication with guests and teammates
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces and work in varying temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
  • Lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
