This role requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities. The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays an integral part in delivering high-quality customer service to our patients and visitors, ensuring a caring, consistent, and reliable experience.

You will provide administrative support in the clinic setting to patients, families, members of the care team, and administrative leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. This position involves:

  • Assisting with patient flow and coordination
  • Providing clerical support for patient registration, scheduling, and communication
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Supporting staff with administrative tasks and projects

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting (preferred)

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a one-time gross hiring bonus of $1,000 paid out over two installments. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply today
