Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intake Manager to oversee the intake department and full cycle intake process. The successful candidate will work closely with branches and leadership to coordinate patient care and referral response times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the intake department, ensuring timely and effective processing of patient referrals
  • Collaborate with branches and leadership to coordinate patient care and referral response times
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 Intake Coordinators
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED and a college degree
  • College degree preferred - experience will be considered in placement of degree
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience
  • Ability to work after hours on-call schedule
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Effective communication
