As a Registered Nurse in our float resource position, you will have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including critical care, emergency department, and/or women's and babies. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals provides exceptional support and guidance, allowing you to grow professionally and personally. To excel in this role, you will need strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A current Pennsylvania RN license or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact is required. BLS certification must be obtained prior to orientation completion.
