Job Title: Major Account Executive

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an experienced Major Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with major accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Design and propose comprehensive electronic security solutions
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic security sales, preferably with major accounts
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
  • Industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, PSP) preferred but not required
