Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Director to join our team at iNtegrity+. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations and financial reporting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial information while providing strategic guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Financial Systems and Controls: Establish and maintain financial controls and systems that ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization; prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to create efficient and effective processes and procedures for the accounting function.
  • Assist in onboarding new portfolios (Coordinating with IT, Operations and Management).
  • Work with Operations Director to assist on day-to-day projects and client requests.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury Teams on monthly servicer reports, payment & expense reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Experience (Public/Private) CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel.
