Call Center Operations Manager

Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is a reputable home services company serving the San Antonio area for over 25 years. We have recently expanded to the DFW and Houston areas, providing top-notch HVAC installation, service, and repair solutions to our customers.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Call Center Supervisor to manage our call center and dispatching team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Your primary duties will include receiving incoming client calls, dispatching service calls to field technicians, scheduling appointments, forecasting days and weeks ahead, and rescheduling appointments as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in SAGE software
- Able to work weekends and evenings
- Computer proficiency
- Dispatcher/Call Center experience preferred
- ServiceTitan working knowledge preferred
Familiarity with the HVAC and Plumbing trades would be an asset, but we will provide training to the right candidate. You must possess excellent customer service skills, be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, have good communication skills, both verbally and written, be attentive to detail, friendly, and patient.
