The role of an Auto Finance Relationship Development Specialist plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying potential partnerships and developing new business relationships with auto and powersports dealers.

Key responsibilities include familiarizing dealer staff with our organization's programs, providing exceptional customer service and support, and working closely with internal team members to drive sales and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new dealerships to partner with the company, focusing on generating sales and revenue.
  • Assist dealer partners with loan origination and deal funding, ensuring seamless transactions and high-quality customer experience.
  • Analyze current and future sales prospects and trends, collaborating with management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market competition by gathering pricing, product, and marketing data.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience within the auto dealer or finance industry, with knowledge of credit and lending practices.
  • A reliable internet connection and telephone service, along with a dedicated workspace.
  • The ability to travel up to 75% within a designated territory.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle records history.

Location: Long Island, NY

The estimated base salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000, reflecting factors such as skills and work experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program tied to individual and company performance.
