Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of media performance reports, market analysis, and traffic reports related to media campaigns.
  • Support co-op documentation for media purchases and provide assistance to stores and marketing managers as needed.
  • Occasionally visit dealerships with buyers or supervisors to present media strategies and market insights.
  • Develop an understanding of individual dealership objectives and media requirements while managing event or promotional requests.
  • Assist in the tracking and management of media buys, ensuring daily upkeep.
  • Review and resolve billing discrepancies with buyers and vendors.
  • Compile research data to help ensure the client reaches the intended audience.
  • Learn to estimate audience reach by channel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting/Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust priorities and workflows as necessary.
  • Interest and foundational knowledge of automotive sales and business principles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eagerness to learn and master a diverse range of tasks.
