Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies with exceptional execution and follow-up.
  • Train, coach, and mentor associates to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Build a strong sales culture by leveraging the capabilities of your sales team to win new customers, drive customer loyalty, and reach superior sales results.
  • Establish relationships within the community through activities that introduce them to cutting-edge products and services.
  • Manage and lead all store operations.
