- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting or exceeding targets.
- 4-6 years of foodservice sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
