  • Conduct comprehensive acoustic analysis and modeling to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate acoustic solutions into complex systems.
  • Perform research and development in underwater acoustics to enhance sonar and other acoustic detection systems.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated algorithms for acoustic signal processing.
  • Lead field tests and experiments to validate acoustic designs and performance.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for deployed acoustic systems.
  • Stay at the forefront of advancements in acoustics engineering and naval technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with naval standards and regulations for acoustic systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Compensation:** $70 - $95 per hour
