Job Summary

As a Lead Program Management Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a critical role in leading high-visibility defense projects as a Deputy Program Manager. You will provide management and oversight of next-generation CJADC2 capabilities and services to senior defense clients under the direct supervision of the program manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the program's cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with the work.
  • Work with supporting teams, including architects, engineers, data integration, military SMEs, and Agile professionals, to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance.
  • Provide input to executive-level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
  • Lead a large team, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and client deliverables.
  • Develop and train project leads and project expediters to grow and enhance their expertise as project managers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a DoD, intelligence, or aerospace environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.
  • Experience working directly with government and military members.
  • Knowledge of DoD staff processes.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software development or technical work.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and tools such as Jira or Scrum.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development or Product Management.
Clearance and Compensation

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD).
