Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at the Department of the Army. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for advising the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology on the oversight, management, and execution of assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine necessary products for assigned programs, including briefings, information papers, and emails, to facilitate effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Present cost, schedule, and performance risk associated with recommended courses of action and alternatives.
  • Evaluate and analyze organizations' systems acquisition strategies.
  • Provide guidance on budget formulations and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03).
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures for acquisition program implementation.
  • Ability to possess and maintain a Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.

This is a 51 - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Career Field position. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
