We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a 6-month contractual engagement, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. This position offers the convenience of remote work across the U.S. and is focused on facilitating a significant telecom network upgrade from copper to fiber optics.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage various network technology initiatives to ensure they align with corporate goals.
- Develop strategic plans and execute project phases to guarantee timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks related to network projects and formulate contingency strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to assess project advancement.
- Proven experience in the telecommunications sector or with service providers, particularly in managing network transformation projects.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), coupled with managerial expertise.
- Capability to interact with senior leadership and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of program and project governance, along with data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Expertise in program and project management methodologies, performance metrics, and lifecycle management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
This contractual position provides a remote work option with competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
