Job Overview

KEO and Associates, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Strategic Project Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and close-out materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
