We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program required.
  • RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric critical care or a related field preferred.

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
