About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer direct patient care, assessing and addressing medical needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to industry standards
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an intensive care setting
Salary & Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
