We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Jobot. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical environmental, health and safety support to our plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve our safety programs to ensure compliance with local and corporate objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop procedures to mitigate hazards.
- Develop and maintain equipment-specific lockout/tag out procedures and conduct employee training.
- Support Behavior Based Safety initiatives and drive participation.
- Lead post-accident investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety and health programs.
- OSHA 30 course completion required.
