Luxury Hotel Operations Manager
As a Luxury Hotel Operations Manager, you'll oversee the food and beverage operations for our hotel bars and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and optimal financial results. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction while optimizing revenue.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating a product and service culture by actively engaging with guests and service staff to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members on training, supervision, scheduling, evaluation, and direction
- Promptly addressing guest concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining the setup and upkeep of our bars to meet or exceed luxury standards
- Creating and maintaining a professional work environment
- Recruiting and training bar associates, ensuring continuous performance improvement
- Managing profit and loss statements
- Organizing and conducting pre-shift departmental meetings and communicating key information to associates
- Ensuring par stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering, and retrieving supplies, and stocking shelves
- Completing reports on production, submitting requisitions, and controlling supply distribution
- Providing direct service to guests as needed by serving, busing tables, and seating guests
- Ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation policies
- Previous experience as a Luxury Hotel Operations Manager in a high-end hotel setting, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Knowledge of food and beverages necessary
- Basic computer skills required
- Budgetary analysis capabilities required
This position involves extensive walking and standing, with the ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also necessary. Manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing are also required.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
