They will develop and implement local store sales and catering operations, solicit and implement private dining and catering, meet sales and marketing quotas, support the marketing plan, communicate and execute corporate marketing initiatives, and aid operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Relationship Management: Build brand awareness, prospect new business, establish meaningful relationships with existing accounts, and increase revenues.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Event Planning: Negotiate contracts with clients, determine event details, and ensure successful execution.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Promote restaurants and events through various channels.

Requirements:
