About the Role

Mindpath Health is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services, blending human connection with science-based care. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences through excellent customer service and coordination of appointments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and providers via phone and in-person interactions
  • Coordinate and organize appointments and documentation to ensure seamless operations
  • Support the delivery of quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recent admin/clerical experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Similar experience within a healthcare setting preferred
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Multi-line phone experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
