Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golden State Foods. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and enter customer orders by telephone, evaluating and modifying as required to ensure accurate and complete customer service.
  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including order processing systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
