Role Overview
As part of the Value-Added Services sector within the Issuing Solutions Product division, this position is tasked with the continuous enhancement and growth of Visa's global benefits offerings. These offerings encompass APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems that empower issuers to develop, manage, and distribute compelling cardholder value propositions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Design operational workflows that facilitate product changes, incident management, and feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and operational support teams to execute and oversee these processes.
  • Continuously validate and test operational workflows.
  • Assist Product Managers in understanding the full operational implications and requirements throughout the feature development lifecycle.
  • Support delivery efforts by providing clarity and proactively addressing obstacles.
  • Partner with Product Managers to develop and maintain our product roadmap and backlog.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and liaison among key stakeholders.

Product Development
Transform operational strategies into actionable product development initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.

Process Enhancement
Establish, document, and refine operational processes for the product suite.

Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are comprehensive and prioritized effectively.

Operational Collaboration
Engage with business and technology teams to ensure systems function as intended, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate activities.

Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, with employees expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days each week, based on leadership guidance and business needs.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• 2+ years in product ownership, management, or support roles.
• 3+ years utilizing Business Analysis skills or similar expertise.
• Proven experience with live operational products, APIs, and B2B products is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for translating business needs to technical teams.
• Strong technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
• High intellectual agility and attention to detail.
• Open to feedback and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This role may require travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be conducted in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $132,300.00 and $181,800.00 annually, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
