Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and promote company products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move freely throughout the sales floor.
