Job Title: DaySpring Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a DaySpring Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Retail Sales Division, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders, calculate charges, and handle billing and payments.
  • Meet upselling objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education.
  • Ability to continuously talk and hear, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Data processing.
  • Patient, respectful, and positive demeanor.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask and think independently.
