Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative - Field Technician to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch service to customers while ensuring their needs are met. As a Customer Service Representative - Field Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
- Provide on-call emergency service.
- Collect customer payments and consistently follow up to ensure accounts are current.
- Deliver and pick up chemicals.
- Build rapport with decision makers.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced physical position.
- Safe driving skills.
- Lifting and moving up to 70 pounds.
- Maintaining a regular work schedule (Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm) with occasional overtime (43-48 hours/week average).
- Competitive pay averaging $60,000-$65,000/year ($20/hr base plus commission and overtime pay).
