Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, FT, Nights

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Med Intermediate Unit team at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

Mercy Hospital Jefferson is a 251-bed acute care facility located in Festus, MO. Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain within 90 days
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Progressive Care Certified Registered Nurse (PCCRN), or Cardiac Registered Nurse (CRN)
