Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, FT, Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Med Intermediate Unit team at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a culture of transparency and respect.
