We are seeking a RN - Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, FT, Nights to join our team at CMP. As a RN - Nurse - Progressive Care Unit, FT, Nights, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Med Intermediate Unit. This is a fast-paced unit that combines aspects of the ED and ICU, requiring strong assessment skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Med Intermediate Unit
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Our Cardiac Med Intermediate Unit is an intermediate unit that is a step down from our transitional care but a step above med/surg as far as patient acuity. We serve cardiac patients, acute respiratory patients, and patients with other disease processes that require a higher level of care than med/surg but not ICU level of care.
