Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures
  • Monitor and improve laboratory operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve technical and quality issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field
  • Two years of experience in laboratory testing and quality control
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MLS certification
  • Additional related education and/or experience
Work Environment

This position is located in a laboratory setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
