Current Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time licensed Commercial Real Estate Consultant to contribute to our operations in Williston, ND. The primary focus of this role will be to cultivate new business opportunities and provide our essential brokerage services, including site selection, land and facility acquisition, leasing, built-to-suit projects, sale/leaseback transactions, and investment sales and dispositions, under the guidance of the senior brokerage lead. This position is ideal for a driven self-starter with strong sales capabilities, business insight, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential companies for outreach in collaboration with the senior brokerage lead.
• Conduct research on companies, assess their needs, and tailor strategic real estate solutions accordingly.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in making cold calls to generate leads and arrange meetings with qualified prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers involved in real estate decisions.
• Exhibit determination and resilience to secure accounts and clients.
• Foster strong relationships with ERES team members.
• Maintain and update prospect information using an internal tracking system.
• Participate in relevant sales or business team meetings and contribute actively.
• Attend sponsored training sessions and recommended external training opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Valid North Dakota real estate license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience, particularly in solutions-based selling.
• Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.
• Strong professional presence with the ability to engage and close deals with C-level decision-makers.
• Experience in developing and selling complex value propositions.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, including effective business writing.
• Competitive spirit coupled with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Impeccable follow-up skills with attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective.
