Job Title: Environmental NEPA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental NEPA Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As an Environmental NEPA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct environmental analyses, develop recommendations, and prepare technical reports under NEPA and applicable state regulations.
  • Prepare NEPA documentation, including Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions, and Environmental Impact Statements.
  • Coordinate with clients, local government agencies, and designers to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and marketing endeavors.
  • Attend client meetings, including project kick-offs, update meetings, and field reviews.
Requirements:
  • BS in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with NEPA, as it relates to transportation projects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
