Benefits Administrator II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our Amcor Rigid Packaging (ARP) U.S. Benefits team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of various benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSAs, FSAs, life insurance, disability, and paid leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks for assigned benefits programs
Maintains advanced knowledge of all benefit plans and program designs
Serves as subject matter expert for questions related to assigned benefit programs for ARP employees and HR professionals
Acts as tier II support for benefits-related inquiries
