Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Lead to join our team in the Emergency Department at Advocate Aurora Health in Oshkosh. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, workflow, and scheduling. You will also act as a clinical and administrative resource to staff, providing work direction and performing charge nurse responsibilities. About the Role: This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, including 12-hour shifts and a block schedule. You will be required to work 6p-6a, with a 4-week rotating schedule. While weekends are not currently included in the schedule, you may be required to work them in the future. You will also be responsible for holiday rotations, including 2-3 holidays per year. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSN degree and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. CEN and BSN are preferred. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a 24-hour department and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
