Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to remote and/or in-person Advanced Practice Clinicians
Complete patient registration, process insurance and copays, and schedule appointments in the electronic medical record
Facilitate waiting room management and patient rooming processes
Complete vitals and point-of-care testing on patients
Monitor supply inventory and order clinical and office supplies
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, APCs, and Walgreens store management
Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification within 21 days of start date
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting
