Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Lead in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care activities, workflow, and scheduling. You will act as a clinical and administrative resource to staff, providing work direction and performing charge nurse responsibilities. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for the coordination of patient care activities, workflow, and scheduling in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient care activities, workflow, and scheduling in the Emergency Department
- Act as a clinical and administrative resource to staff, providing work direction and performing charge nurse responsibilities
- Perform charge nurse responsibilities and assume responsibility for the nursing unit as directed by the supervisor
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required
- CEN and BSN preferred
