Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Lead by example, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control, labor management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
