Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual
  • Maintain knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders, and Coinstar
  • Ensure work stations and front-end areas of the store have a neat and clean presentation

Additional responsibilities include performing tasks as scheduled or as needed per the surge plan guidelines, performing tasks of sales associates and customer leads as needed, and adhering to all company guidelines, policies, and standard practices.
