About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at MCI. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service agents and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
">- Lead a team of 15-25 customer service agents in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call quality, sales results, and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service leadership position.
- An associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with call center software and technology.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work Environment
">This role operates in a professional office environment, and you will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
