Job Summary

CRI Advantage is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team as an Implementation Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and configurations to support business process automation and IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration, with experience in ITIL process framework and Scrum/agile development principles. You will work closely with our project managers, business analysts, and technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and configurations
  • Implement and administer ServiceNow instances, including users, workflows, business rules, and UI pages
  • Develop and deliver customer training and support
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to develop accounts and present ServiceNow capabilities
  • Assist in assessing opportunities for fit with ServiceNow products and recommending solutions

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration
  • Strong background in ITIL process framework and Scrum/agile development principles
  • Experience with ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and customer service mentality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, and Security Operations product suites
  • Knowledge of Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, Bootstrap, AngularJS, and JSON)
  • Experience with system and process automation

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field
