Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and product quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and increase sales.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, selection, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a management role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and product quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems.
